The report below summarizes Clover Hill 2022 sales and provides summary statistics by neighborhood for the three-year Covid period, 2020-2022. The results are staggering, as prices have risen as follows between 12/31/2019 and 12/31/2022:

  • Clover Hill 1: +$105,759 (+27%)
  • Clover Hill 2W: +$136,371 (+35%)
  • Clover Hill 2E: +$176,725 (+63%)
  • Clover Hill 3: +$140,447 (+31%)
  • Overall CH: +$139,163 (+36%)

Please note that since so few homes have sold in CH2E (two in 2019 and four in 2022), the sample size is too small to be statistically meaningful. That said, the sales price increases across the board are incredible. Call me to learn more. GP
